"A fairy-tale English cottage
set in a tranquil country garden.
Snuggle up by an old stone fireplace and enjoy a cup of cocoa.
An enchanting oasis of tranquility
in a quiet English hamlet...
...just 40 minutes
from exciting London."—

About the area.
The Surrey Hills https://www.surreyhills.org/ is a 422 km2 area of outstanding natural beauty, which principally covers parts of the North Downs and Greensand Ridge in Surrey, England. The AONB was designated in 1958 and adjoins the Kent Downs to the East and the South Downs National Park in the South West. The highest summit of the Surrey Hills is at Leith Hill Leith Hill Tower and Countryside | National Trust where you can see London to the north and Brighton to the south.
Closer to home the high point of Pitch Hill about 20 minutes walk from the Old Stables, and pictured above, is a dramatic summit atop a narrow sandstone spur that affords breathtaking views over the village of Ewhurst, as well as the Weald and the South Downs. The spot has extra significance for Beatles' fans as George Harrison's famous song 'Here Comes the Sun' was apparently inspired by the hilltop.
